Yea I dont even think we have jook lum in the uk (not sure), there is a sifu teaching chow gar that has promoted it very well, althought in my oppion its all for money, our kwoon is relativaly small and sifu rarley takes on new commers. There is also 1 pak mei school I know of and a couple lung ying. Wing Chun is definatly the most popular

Mind Body Kick *** Moves - Chow Gar Southern Mantis

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYLrGBrIzhQ

This is the Mind Body Kick *** Moves episode on Chow Gar Southern Mantis.

In this Si Gung Ip Chee Keung demonstrates Sun Sook Gung. It also features the late Grand Master Ip Sui doing Wa Fu - spiritual kung fu for healing.

Tonglong,
Very true that is a really nice resource that will only get better as more people become familiar with it. I think it is still in the early stages and more and more videos are on the way, and that is something I look forward to watching. Thanks for the new links.

Hi TongLong,

Thanks for the links for the videos.
Sorry I haven't replied sooner. I haven't been practicing much lately and have been focusing on other stuff.

I'll check out the videos.

Thanks again.
